Rather than making a paper pattern from this file, the most efficient way to cut the appliqué fabric is as follows: Prepare fabric by fusing a fusible web (such as WonderUnder, Steam-a-Seam, or Heat n Bond) onto the wrong side of the appliqué fabric. Art embroidery can be recognized by its distinctly Victorian design characteristics and motifs. I have seen painted wooden hoops which I think look amazing.
